Indication

Treatment of mild to moderately severe infections due to penicillin-sensitive microorganisms, including pharyngitis, tonsillitis, skin and soft tissue infections, and prevention of rheumatic fever recurrence.

Ingredients

• Penicillin V Potassium equivalent to Penicillin V 250 mg (400
• 000 units)

Direction

Take orally as prescribed by the physician. Preserve in light containers.

Side effects

• May cause nausea
• vomiting
• diarrhoea
• mild rash
• or oral thrush.
• Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if severe rash
• anaphylaxis
• jaundice
• or persistent diarrhoea occurs.

Precautions

• Prescription
• only dangerous drug
• complete the full course as prescribed.
• Do not use in patients with a history of penicillin or beta
• lactam allergy.
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use in pregnancy
• breastfeeding
• or with other antibiotics.
• Stop use and seek medical advice if irritation
• rash
• swelling
• difficulty breathing
• or allergy occurs.
