Systane Ultra 10 ml

Indication

Lubricant eye drops for the temporary relief of burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye. May also be used for rewetting of all silicone hydrogel and soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses for minor irritation, discomfort and blurring. Provides extended protection and fast symptom relief.

Ingredients

• Polyethylene Glycol 400
• Propylene Glycol
• Hydroxypropyl Guar
• Sorbitol
• Aminomethylpropanol
• Boric Acid
• Potassium Chloride
• Sodium Chloride
• Polyquad (Polidronium Chloride) 0.001%

Direction

Instill 1 or 2 drops into the affected eye(s) as needed. Refer to package insert for complete instructions. Shake well before using.

Side effects

• Side effects are uncommon. Mild eye irritation
• redness
• or temporary blurring may occur. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms persist or worsen.

Precautions

• Do not use if security seal is damaged or missing or tamper evident cap is damaged. Do not use if package has been opened or damaged.
