Indication

Used to treat magnesium deficiency, whether isolated or associated with other deficiency states, which may present as nervousness, irritability, mild sleep disturbances, muscle cramps, fatigue, or tingling.

Ingredients

• Magnesium lactate dihydrate
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride

Direction

Usual dose for adults: 6 film-coated tablets per day in 3 divided doses, taken with meals. For children over 6 years: 4 tablets per day. Read the package leaflet before use or take as directed by a physician.

Side effects

• May cause mild gastrointestinal upset such as diarrhea or abdominal pain.
• High doses or prolonged use may lead to peripheral neuropathy due to vitamin B6.
• Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if irritation

Precautions

• Use only as directed
