Indication
Short-term symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain (headache, dental pain, menstrual pain, muscle and back pain) and fever, including pain and fever associated with colds and flu, in adults and adolescents from 12 years.
Ingredients
- Ibuprofen
Direction
Adults and adolescents from 12 years: 1 tablet (400 mg) up to three times a day, swallowed whole with a large glass of water, preferably with meals. Maximum 1,200 mg per day. Do not exceed the recommended dose. For short-term use only. Read the package leaflet before use and follow a doctor or pharmacist's advice.
Side effects
- Gastrointestinal discomfort
- nausea
- heartburn
- abdominal pain
- diarrhoea.
- Headache
- dizziness
- drowsiness.
- Allergic reactions including rash
- itching
- asthma exacerbation or
- rarely
- severe skin reactions.
- Stop and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any unusual or severe reaction occurs.
Precautions
- Do not use from the 6th month of pregnancy or in breastfeeding women without medical advice.
- Use with caution in patients with history of gastric ulcer
- asthma
- kidney
- liver or heart disease.
- Avoid alcohol and do not combine with other NSAIDs
- anticoagulants
- or aspirin without medical advice.
- Do not exceed the stated dose or duration of treatment.
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
- stop and seek advice if irritation or allergy occurs.
