Indication

Corticosteroid injection used for the treatment of severe inflammatory and allergic conditions, adrenocortical insufficiency, cerebral oedema, shock, and other conditions requiring systemic glucocorticoid therapy.

Precautions

• term therapy abruptly
• the dose must be tapered. Stop and seek urgent care if signs of severe allergy occur.
