Indication
Multi-action relief of the symptoms of the common cold, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, influenza and other minor respiratory tract infections - clogged nose, runny nose, postnasal drip, itchy and watery eyes, sneezing, headache, body aches and fever. Also helps decongest sinus openings and passages.
Ingredients
- Paracetamol
- Phenylpropanolamine HCl
- Chlorpheniramine maleate
Direction
Adults and children 12 years and older: orally, 1 tablet every 6 hours, or as recommended by a doctor. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours. Not for children under 12 years. Do not use if symptoms persist after 3 days; consult a physician.
Side effects

- dry mouth
- dizziness.
- Nausea
- mild gastrointestinal discomfort.
- Nervousness
- insomnia
- increased heart rate (rare).
- Allergic skin reactions (rash
- itching).

Precautions
- Do not exceed the stated dose. Adults only and children over 12.
- May cause drowsiness
- avoid driving or operating machinery if affected.
- Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine.
- Do not use with other paracetamol
- containing products or other cold remedies.
- Use with caution in patients with hypertension
