Indication

Prophylaxis and chronic treatment of asthma in adults and adolescents 15 years of age and older. Relief of symptoms of allergic rhinitis.

Ingredients

• Montelukast sodium equivalent to Montelukast 10 mg

Direction

As directed by the physician or see package insert for full prescribing information. Usually one tablet daily in the evening.

Side effects

• May cause headache
• abdominal pain
• mood changes. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if side effects persist or worsen.

Precautions

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
• especially if pregnant
• breastfeeding
• taking other medications
• or having mental health conditions. Stop use if neuropsychiatric reactions occur.
