Indication
Indicated in adults for the treatment of difficult digestion, particularly with intestinal flatulence and bloating.
Ingredients
- Activated charcoal
- Papaverine hydrochloride
Direction
Oral route. Adults: 1 to 2 sugar-coated tablets before each of the 3 meals. Swallow with a glass of water without chewing.
Side effects
- May cause black stools (harmless)
- constipation
- or rarely mild gastrointestinal discomfort.
- Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any allergic reaction or unusual symptom occurs.
Precautions
- Medicinal product not subject to medical prescription
- but read the package leaflet before use.
- Take activated charcoal at least 2 hours apart from other medications
- as it can reduce their absorption.
- Not recommended for use in children
- pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical advice.
