Indication

Treatment of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) infection in adults and adolescents weighing at least 35 kg, as a complete fixed-dose combination antiretroviral regimen.

Ingredients

• Dolutegravir
• Lamivudine
• Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate

Direction

Adults and adolescents weighing at least 35 kg: 1 film-coated tablet (50 mg dolutegravir / 300 mg lamivudine / 300 mg tenofovir disoproxil fumarate) once daily, taken orally with or without food. As directed by the physician; do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Side effects

• Insomnia
• dizziness.
• Rash and other allergic skin reactions.
• Possible changes in liver and kidney function
• decreased bone mineral density with long
• term use.
