Indication
Supports women's nutritional needs through all stages of planning a family, from preparing the body for conception and throughout pregnancy. Formulated to provide additional vitamins and minerals to help meet the increased nutritional needs of mothers-to-be and to help provide her growing baby with nutritional support throughout its whole development.

Direction
Take one tablet daily while trying to conceive and throughout pregnancy. It is important to take Elevit daily for 4 weeks prior to conception (or as directed by your healthcare professional). Take the whole tablet with water and preferably with a meal. Suffering morning sickness it is recommended to take Elevit at midday or in the evening.
Side effects
- May cause mild gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea
- constipation or stomach upset due to iron content.
- If any unusual symptoms appear
- stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Precautions
- Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice.
- If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect or spina bifida
