Indication
- Upper respiratory tract infections - Lower respiratory tract infections - Skin and soft tissue infections - Non-gonococcal genital infections - Ear, nose, and throat infections
Ingredients
- Roxithromycin
Direction
Take orally on an empty stomach, preferably at least 15 minutes before meals. Usually administered as one tablet twice daily.
Side effects
- Nausea and vomiting
- Abdominal pain or cramps
- Diarrhea
- Skin rash or hives
- Dizziness and headache
Precautions
- Known hypersensitivity to macrolides
- Severe hepatic impairment
- Concurrent use with ergotamine derivatives
- History of QT interval prolongation
