Indication

Indicated for the management of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, post-herpetic neuralgia and other peripheral neuropathies, and as supportive therapy for vitamin B12 deficiency-related neuropathies.

Ingredients

• Pregabalin BP 75 mg (as sustained release)
• Methylcobalamin USP 1500 mcg

Direction

Take 1 tablet once a day as directed by the physician. The dosage may be increased up to 2 tablets in a day if required. Do not take more than 2 tablets in 24 hours.

Side effects

• Drowsiness
• dizziness
• dry mouth
• blurred vision
• weight gain
• peripheral edema and headache may occur.
• Less commonly
• mood changes
• confusion or coordination problems may occur.
• Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist immediately if an allergic reaction (rash
• swelling of face/lips
• breathing difficulty) or unusual mood changes occur.
