Sit quietly for several minutes before measuring. Wrap the large cuff (22-42 cm) on the upper arm at heart level and press START/STOP. The device automatically inflates the cuff and displays SYS, DIA and pulse on the LCD. Use the same arm and time of day for consistent readings.
