Sit quietly for several minutes before measuring. Wrap the large cuff (22-42 cm) on the upper arm at heart level and press START/STOP. The device automatically inflates the cuff and displays SYS, DIA and pulse on the LCD. Use the same arm and time of day for consistent readings. Refer to the user manual for full operating instructions.

Side effects
