Indication
Throat lozenge that gives a soothing sensation on the throat and a fresh, peppermint sensation. Used as supportive relief for sore throat and mouth freshening.
Ingredients
- Sugar
- Glucose syrup
- Peppermint oil
- Menthol
- Anise oil
- Acetic acid
- Caramel E150d
Direction
Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth as needed. Suitable for adults. Do not exceed reasonable use.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated
- rare hypersensitivity to peppermint or menthol may occur.
- Excessive consumption may cause gastrointestinal upset.
- If any irritation or allergic reaction occurs
- stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Precautions
- Not intended as a substitute for medical treatment of underlying throat infections.
- Consult a doctor if sore throat persists more than a few days
- is accompanied by high fever
- or worsens.
- Keep out of reach of small children to avoid choking.
