Indication
One-step in vitro diagnostic test for the qualitative detection of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in urine for early detection of pregnancy. For self-testing use.
Ingredients
- Anti
- hCG monoclonal antibody (lateral
- flow immunoassay strip)
Direction
Collect urine specimen in a clean dry container (first morning urine preferred). Remove the test cassette and dropper from the foil pouch. Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3–5 drops of urine into the specimen well of the cassette. Read the result within 5 minutes; do not read after 5 minutes. Two distinct pink lines (Control and Test) = pregnant; one line (Control only) = not pregnant; no line in Control = invalid.
Side effects
- Diagnostic test strips have no direct pharmacological side effects. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if you observe skin irritation from contact with the cassette or have questions about interpretation.
Precautions
- For in vitro diagnostic use only. Do not re
- use the test. Use within the expiration date and only at the indicated storage temperature. A negative result very early in pregnancy may be due to low hCG levels — retest in a few days if symptoms persist. Consult a doctor or pharmacist to confirm results.
