Indication
- Lower respiratory tract infections - Otitis media (middle ear infection) - Sinusitis - Skin and soft tissue infections - Urinary tract infections (UTI) - Dental infections
Ingredients
- Amoxicillin and Clavulanic Acid
Direction
Take orally at the start of a meal to minimize gastrointestinal intolerance. Usually taken every 8 to 12 hours as prescribed.
Side effects
- Diarrhea
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Skin rash or hives
- Oral or vaginal thrush
Precautions
- Allergic to penicillins or cephalosporins
- History of cholestatic jaundice
- Severe renal impairment
- Monitor liver function in long
- term use
