Indication
Refreshing alcohol of mint for digestive comfort, stomach pains, fatigue, headaches, motion sickness, and as an antiseptic.
Ingredients
- Alcohol
- Mint essential oil
Direction
Put a few drops on a lump of sugar (digestive), in a glass of water (refreshing drink), in tea/milk (cold), or apply medicinally to soothe headaches or skin.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated. May cause skin irritation in sensitive individuals.

- For external or internal use as directed. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding.
