Indication
- Essential hypertension - High blood pressure management - Cardiovascular risk reduction
Ingredients
- Telmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide
Direction
Take one tablet orally once daily, preferably at the same time each day. It can be taken with or without food.
Side effects
- Dizziness
- Fatigue
- Headache
- Electrolyte imbalance
- Upper respiratory tract infection
Precautions
- Contraindicated during pregnancy
- Monitor kidney and liver function
- Monitor serum electrolyte levels
- Avoid use with aliskiren
- Risk of symptomatic hypotension
