Indication
- High blood pressure (hypertension) - Chronic stable angina pectoris - Vasospastic angina (Prinzmetal's angina) - Coronary artery disease
Ingredients
- Amlodipine Besylate
Direction
Take orally once daily at the same time each day, with or without food. Drink a full glass of water with the tablet.
Side effects
- Peripheral edema (swelling of ankles)
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Palpitations
- Flushing
- Fatigue
- Abdominal pain
Precautions
- Severe aortic stenosis
- Severe hypotension (low blood pressure)
- Liver function impairment
- Heart failure after acute myocardial infarction
- Avoid grapefruit juice during treatment
