Indication
- Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) - Urinary frequency and urgency - Difficulty initiating urination - Weak urinary stream
Ingredients
- Silodosin
Direction
Take one capsule orally once daily with a meal, preferably at the same time each day.
Side effects
- Retrograde ejaculation
- Dizziness or lightheadedness
- Nasal congestion
- Diarrhea
- Orthostatic hypotension
Precautions
- Risk of orthostatic hypotension
- Notify eye surgeon before cataract surgery
- Not recommended for severe kidney disease
- Avoid with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors
- Not for use in women or children
