Ramol 250 mg / 5 ml

Indication

Symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and fever in children. Strawberry-flavoured paediatric oral suspension.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol

Direction

Shake well before use. Each 5 ml (one teaspoon) contains paracetamol 250 mg. Dosage according to body weight and age: children 13-20 kg (2-7 years): 1 teaspoon every 6 hours, max 4 teaspoons/day; 21-25 kg (6-10 years): 1 teaspoon every 4 hours, max 6 teaspoons/day; 26-40 kg (8-13 years): 2 teaspoons every 6 hours, max 8 teaspoons/day; 41-50 kg (12-15 years): 2 teaspoons every 4 hours, max 12 teaspoons/day. Do not exceed 3 g paracetamol per day.

Side effects

• Rare cases of anaphylactic reactions (oedema
• hives
• rash). Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any allergic reaction occurs.

Precautions

• Reserved for oral use.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
• Avoid in patients with hypersensitivity to paracetamol or hepatocellular insufficiency.
