Indication
- Major depressive disorder - Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) - Bulimia nervosa - Panic disorder - Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD)
Ingredients
- Fluoxetine Hydrochloride
Direction
Take orally once daily, usually in the morning, with or without food. It may take several weeks to feel the full therapeutic effect.
Side effects
- Nausea and diarrhea
- Insomnia or drowsiness
- Sexual dysfunction
- Excessive sweating
- Nervousness or anxiety
- Dry mouth
Precautions
- Risk of suicidal thoughts
- Avoid use with MAOIs
- Risk of serotonin syndrome
- Caution with liver impairment
- Monitor for skin rashes
- Do not stop abruptly
