Indication
- Mild to moderate pain relief - Treatment of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) - Dental and postoperative pain - Muscle and joint pain - Headache and migraine relief
Ingredients
- Mefenamic Acid
Direction
Take orally with food or milk to reduce stomach upset. Usually taken as 500mg followed by 250mg every 6 hours as needed.
Side effects
- Abdominal pain or indigestion
- Diarrhea or constipation
- Nausea and vomiting
- Dizziness or drowsiness
- Rash or skin itching
Precautions
- Active stomach or intestinal ulcers
- History of gastrointestinal bleeding
- Serious kidney or liver disease
- Avoid during late pregnancy
- Allergy to aspirin or NSAIDs
