Indication

Relieve symptoms of common cold: nasal discharge/congestion, sneezing, throat pain, cough, sputum, chills, fever, headache, arthralgia, and myalgia.

• Acetaminophen 650 mg
• Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4.15 mg
• Dextromethorphan HBr 26.65 mg

• Methylephedrine HCl 33.3 mg
• Guaifenesin 140 mg
• Thiamine Nitrate 10 mg
• Riboflavin 5 mg

Direction

Take adequate dose every 4 hours interval, after every meal and at bedtime as needed. Dose by age: Under 3 months — not recommended; 3 months–1 year — 5 ml; 1–3 years — 7.5 ml; 3–7 years — 10 ml; 7–11 years — 15 ml; 11–15 years — 20 ml; 15 years and above — 30 ml.
