Mirax-M 10 mg

Indication

Dyspeptic symptoms associated with delayed gastric emptying, gastroesophageal reflux and esophagitis; nausea and vomiting related to organic origin, radiotherapy or drug therapy induction or dopamine agonist-induced nausea/vomiting.

Ingredients

• Domperidone maleate equivalent to Domperidone 10 mg

Side effects

• Galactorrhoea
• gynaecomastia
• raised prolactin levels
• extrapyramidal symptoms (rare)
• dry mouth
• headache. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if you experience any adverse effects. Stop if irritation or allergic reaction occurs.

Precautions

• Contraindicated in patients with prolactin
• releasing pituitary tumour (prolactinoma) and in patients with hypersensitivity to domperidone. Not for use in patients with gastrointestinal haemorrhage
• mechanical obstruction or perforation. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Stop if irritation or allergic reaction occurs.
