Indication
Sterile eye drops for relief of dry eyes. To be dispensed only on prescription of a registered physician.

- Polyethylene Glycol 400 USNF 4 mg/mL
- Propylene Glycol BP 3 mg/mL
Direction
Refer to enclosed leaflet. Close dropper tip immediately after use. Use within 28 days after dropper is opened. Keep out of reach of children.
Side effects
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist if irritation or allergic reaction occurs
- stop use if symptoms worsen.
