Indication
To help promote sleep, fall asleep faster, and stay asleep longer.
Ingredients
- Melatonin
- Valerian (Valeriana Wallichii)
- Chamomile (Matricaria Chamomilla) Flower Extract
Direction
Drop 1 effervescent tablet into 200 ml of normal water. Wait until the tablet fully dissolves, stir well, and drink.
