Ingredients

• Polyurethane film and Acrylic adhesive

Direction

Apply the adhesive side to clean, dry skin covering the wound or catheter site. Ensure the edges are smoothed down to create a waterproof seal.

Side effects

• Local skin irritation
• Allergic reaction to adhesive
• Redness at application site
• Pain or tearing upon removal

Precautions

• Do not use on infected wounds
• Ensure skin is free of creams
• Monitor for skin maceration
• Do not use if packaging is damaged
