Indication
- Constipation - Bowel irregularity - Low dietary fiber intake - Support for digestive health
Ingredients
- Psyllium Husk (or Methylcellulose/Calcium Polycarbophil)
Direction
Take orally with a full 8 oz glass of water or other liquid. Usually taken 1 to 3 times daily depending on fiber needs.
Side effects
- Bloating
- Flatulence (gas)
- Minor stomach cramping
- Changes in bowel habits
Precautions
- Must be taken with adequate fluid
- Risk of choking if swallowed without water
- Do not use with difficulty swallowing
