Indication
- Treatment of Vitamin C deficiency - Prevention and treatment of scurvy - Support for immune system health - Antioxidant support for cell protection - Assistance in wound healing processes
Ingredients
- Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)
Direction
Dissolve one effervescent tablet in a glass of water and drink immediately. Recommended dosage is one tablet daily or as prescribed by a physician.
Side effects
- Diarrhea or abdominal cramps
- Nausea and vomiting
- Heartburn
- Increased urination
- Headache
Precautions
- History of oxalate kidney stones
- Patients on sodium
- restricted diets
- Glucose
- 6
- phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency
- May interfere with urine glucose tests
- High doses in pregnancy not recommended
