Indication
- Occasional constipation relief - Irregular bowel movements support
Ingredients
- Senna leaves
- Senna pods
- and Chrysanthemum flowers
Direction
Place 1 tea bag in a cup of boiling water and steep for 10 to 20 minutes. Drink once daily before bedtime.
Side effects
- Mild abdominal cramps
- Diarrhea or loose stools
- Electrolyte imbalance with overuse
Precautions
- Do not use during pregnancy
