Indication
- Symptomatic relief of common cold - Nasal congestion and runny nose - Sneezing and allergic rhinitis - Headache and fever reduction
Ingredients
- Paracetamol
- Phenylephrine Hydrochloride
- Chlorpheniramine Maleate
Direction
Take orally every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Adults take 10ml, children 6-12 years take 5-10ml, children 3-6 years take 5ml, and children 1-3 years take 2.5-5ml.
Side effects
- Drowsiness and dizziness
- Dry mouth and throat
- Skin rash
- Difficulty in urination
Precautions
- Avoid other paracetamol
- containing medications
- Contraindicated in severe liver/kidney impairment
- Contraindicated in hypertension and coronary disease
- Do not use with MAO inhibitors
- May cause drowsiness
- avoid driving
- Use caution in patients with asthma
