Indication

Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and prevention of chronic stable angina and vasospastic (Prinzmetal's) angina.

Ingredients

• Amlodipine 10 mg

Direction

By oral route. Usually one capsule once daily, or as prescribed by a physician. Read the leaflet before use. Prescription only (List I).

Side effects

• May cause ankle or leg swelling
• flushing
• headache
• dizziness or palpitations. If side effects persist or worsen
• consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Not recommended during pregnancy unless no therapeutic alternative exists. Use with caution in severe low blood pressure or certain heart conditions. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
