Indication

Mucolytic that breaks down and thins mucus to help clear the chest in respiratory conditions associated with excessive or viscous phlegm, such as bronchitis.

Ingredients

• Bromhexine hydrochloride 8 mg

Direction

Adults: usually one tablet three times daily, or as directed by a physician. Read the enclosed leaflet carefully before use.

Side effects

• May occasionally cause mild stomach upset
• nausea or diarrhoea. If side effects persist or worsen
• consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Use with caution in people with a history of stomach ulcer
• or who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
• especially if you have other medical conditions or take other medicines.
