Linaglip 5 mg

Indication

Used together with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar (glucose) control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Ingredients

• Linagliptin 5 mg

Direction

One tablet (5 mg) once daily, with or without food. Use as directed by the physician.

Side effects

• May cause stuffy or runny nose and sore throat
• cough
• and (rarely) inflammation of the pancreas. If you experience any side effects
• consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Not for type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. Tell your doctor if you have a history of pancreatitis. Risk of low blood sugar increases when combined with insulin or a sulfonylurea. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
