Indication

Treatment of the signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate), such as difficulty urinating, weak stream and frequent urination.

Ingredients

• Tamsulosin hydrochloride 0.4 mg

Direction

One modified-release capsule (0.4 mg) once daily, taken after the same meal each day. Swallow whole; do not crush or chew. Use as directed by the physician.

Side effects

• May cause dizziness
• lightheadedness on standing
• headache and abnormal or reduced ejaculation. If you experience any side effects
• consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• Use with caution in patients with low blood pressure
• planned cataract or glaucoma surgery
• or severe kidney or liver impairment. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
