Indication

Scored effervescent paracetamol tablets (citrus flavour) indicated for mild to moderate pain and/or fever such as headache, flu-like states, dental pain, body aches, painful periods and painful flare-ups of osteoarthritis.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500 mg

Direction

Oral route. Let the tablet dissolve completely in a glass of water, if needed after breaking it in two. Do not swallow or chew the tablets. Adults and children over 50 kg: 1 to 2 tablets per dose, at least 4 hours apart, not exceeding 6 tablets per day without medical advice.

Side effects

• Paracetamol is generally well tolerated
• rare hypersensitivity or skin reactions may occur. Overdose can cause serious liver damage. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if side effects occur.

Precautions

• Overdose is dangerous and can destroy the liver. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not take with another medicine containing paracetamol. High sodium content. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have liver problems.
