Indication

Antibiotic ophthalmic ointment used for the treatment of superficial bacterial infections of the eye caused by tetracycline-susceptible organisms, such as conjunctivitis. For ophthalmic use only.

Ingredients

• Tetracycline Hydrochloride 10 mg/g (1%)

Direction

As directed by the physician. Apply a small amount of ointment to the affected eye. For ophthalmic use only.

Side effects

• May cause transient blurred vision
• local irritation
• stinging or hypersensitivity reactions. If irritation persists or increases
• discontinue use. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms persist.
