Indication

- Dehydration due to sweating - Electrolyte loss from exercise - Fatigue and heat exhaustion - Fluid replacement during mild diarrhea - Physical recovery after illness

Ingredients

• Glucose
• Sodium Chloride
• Potassium Chloride
• Sodium Citrate

Direction

Dissolve one sachet (25g) in 250ml of cold or room temperature water and stir well. Drink as needed during or after physical activity or fluid loss.

• Abdominal bloating
• Mild nausea if consumed quickly
• Hyperglycemia if over
• consumed

Precautions

• Use with caution in diabetics
• Monitor if on low

• Not for severe dehydration/shock
