Indication
- Dehydration due to sweating - Electrolyte loss from exercise - Fatigue and heat exhaustion - Fluid replacement during mild diarrhea - Physical recovery after illness
Ingredients
- Glucose
- Sodium Chloride
- Potassium Chloride
- Sodium Citrate
Direction
Dissolve one sachet (25g) in 250ml of cold or room temperature water and stir well. Drink as needed during or after physical activity or fluid loss.
Side effects
- Abdominal bloating
- Mild nausea if consumed quickly
- Hyperglycemia if over
- consumed
Precautions
- Use with caution in diabetics
- Monitor if on low
- sodium diet
- Not for severe dehydration/shock
- Consult doctor for kidney disease
- Do not mix with boiling water
