Indication
- Nausea and vomiting - Diabetic gastroparesis - Gastroesophageal reflux - Facilitation of gastric emptying

Direction
To be administered by intramuscular or slow intravenous injection by a healthcare professional. Typically 10 mg up to three times daily.

- Drowsiness and fatigue
- Restlessness
- Extrapyramidal reactions
- Dizziness
- Diarrhea
Precautions
- Risk of tardive dyskinesia
- Avoid in gastrointestinal obstruction
- Contraindicated in epilepsy patients
- Risk of extrapyramidal symptoms
- Avoid in pheochromocytoma patients
