Ingredients
- Thiamine (B1)
- Riboflavin (B2)
- Niacin (B3)
- Pantothenic Acid (B5)
- Pyridoxine (B6)
- Biotin (B7)
- Folic Acid (B9)

Direction
Take one tablet daily by mouth, preferably with a meal to improve absorption and minimize stomach upset.
Side effects
- Bright yellow discoloration of urine
- Mild nausea or stomach upset
- Flushing or skin tingling
