Indication

A sugar- and caffeine-free multivitamin supplement providing a high dose of B-group vitamins with vitamin C, calcium, magnesium and zinc to support everyday energy release and mental performance.

• Vitamin B5 (Calcium pantothenate) 23 mg

• Vitamin B12 10 mcg
• Vitamin C 500 mg
• Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) 50 mg
• Biotin 150 mcg
• Folic acid 400 mcg
• Calcium 100 mg
• Magnesium 100 mg
• Zinc 10 mg

Direction

Adults and adolescents over 12 years: dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a glass of water (200 ml) once daily. Best taken in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Side effects

• Vitamin B2 may cause harmless yellow colouring of the urine
• High doses may occasionally cause mild stomach upset

Precautions

• Contains a source of phenylalanine (aspartame) — sweetened for diabetics but not for people with phenylketonuria
