Indication
A venotonic and vascular protector used to relieve the symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency of the legs (heavy, aching, swollen legs) and for the treatment of acute haemorrhoidal attacks.
Ingredients
- Micronized purified flavonoid fraction 1000 mg (diosmin 900 mg and flavonoids expressed as hesperidin 100 mg)
Direction
Take orally as directed by a doctor. Usual dose for venous insufficiency is 1 tablet daily; for acute haemorrhoidal attacks a higher short-term dose may be prescribed. Read the enclosed leaflet.
Side effects
- Mild gastrointestinal upset (nausea
- stomach discomfort
- diarrhoea)
- Dizziness
- headache or general malaise
- Skin rash or itching (uncommon)
