Indication

Vitamin-fortified appetite-stimulant syrup used for the treatment of anorexia of organic or psychological cause, loss of appetite, growth retardation and thinness.

Ingredients

• Cyproheptadine hydrochloride 2 mg/5 mL
• L
• Lysine HCl monohydrate 150 mg/5 mL
• Thiamine hydrochloride 5 mg/5 mL
• Pyridoxine hydrochloride 5 mg/5 mL
• Nicotinamide 10 mg/5 mL
• Cyanocobalamin 1.5 mcg/5 mL
• Riboflavin sodium phosphate 1 mg/5 mL

Direction

Oral use. Children 2 to 6 years: 2.5 to 5 mL per day. Children 7 to 14 years: 5 to 10 mL per day. Adults and adolescents: 5 to 15 mL per day. Or as directed by a doctor.

Side effects

• Drowsiness may occur because of the cyproheptadine component.
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• Contains cyproheptadine (an antihistamine) which may cause drowsiness
