Indication
- Nausea and vomiting - Chemotherapy-induced emesis - Radiation-induced emesis - Post-operative nausea - Gastroenteritis-related vomiting
Ingredients
- Ondansetron
Direction
Place the mouth-dissolving tablet on the tongue and allow it to disintegrate before swallowing. It can be taken with or without food.
Side effects
- Headache
- Constipation
- Fatigue
- Dizziness
- Flushing or warmth
Precautions
- May cause QT interval prolongation
- Risk of serotonin syndrome
- History of heart rhythm disorders
- Hypersensitivity to 5
- HT3 antagonists
