Otrivin 0.1%

Indication

Metered-dose nasal spray that relieves nasal congestion associated with colds. It provides effective relief that lasts up to 10 hours.

Ingredients

• Xylometazoline hydrochloride 1 mg/ml (0.1%)

Direction

Spray into each nostril as directed. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days. Read the enclosed leaflet before use.

Side effects

• Local irritation
• dryness or burning of the nasal lining
• sneezing
• or rebound congestion after prolonged use may occur.
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• Do not use for more than 7 days to avoid rebound congestion.
• Use with caution in patients with high blood pressure
