Indication

A one-a-day nutritional supplement providing a careful balance of 16 vitamins and minerals including 400 µg folic acid, developed to help safeguard the dietary needs of women before conception, throughout pregnancy and while breast-feeding.

Ingredients

• Folic acid 400 µg
• Vitamin D (100 IU) 2.5 µg
• Vitamin E 20 mg
• Vitamin C 70 mg
• Iron 20 mg

Direction

Take one capsule per day with your main meal or immediately after, with water or a cold drink. Swallow with a full stomach; do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
