Indication

Sugar-free soluble dietary fibre drink (psyllium husk) that supports digestive health and gut cleansing, helps relieve occasional constipation, and supports heart health by helping lower cholesterol.

Ingredients

• Psyllium (Ispaghula) husk 5 g per sachet

Direction

Adults over 12 years: 1 sachet, 1 to 3 times a day. Children 6 to 12 years: half a sachet, 1 to 2 times a day. Dissolve 1 sachet in a glass of 150 to 200 mL of water (or juice), stir and drink immediately, then drink another glass of water. Children under 6 years: consult a doctor.
