Indication

A daily multivitamin and mineral supplement with a high dose of B-complex vitamins plus vitamin C, calcium, magnesium and zinc, to support mental sharpness and physical energy.

Direction

Adults 12 years and above: dissolve one effervescent tablet in a glass or 250 mL bottle of water and drink, once daily. Best taken in the morning.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated. Very high doses of B vitamins may cause harmless yellow discolouration of the urine. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if any unusual symptoms occur.

Precautions

• Contains aspartame (a source of phenylalanine)
• not suitable for people with phenylketonuria. Do not take with other single or multivitamin preparations. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if pregnant
