Indication
- Acute urinary tract infections - Bacterial cystitis - Prophylaxis of recurrent UTIs - Prevention of infection during surgery
Ingredients
- Nitrofurantoin
Direction
Take orally with food or milk to enhance absorption and reduce stomach upset. Complete the full course of treatment exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

- Nausea and vomiting
- Brown discoloration of urine
- Loss of appetite
- Headache and dizziness
- Pulmonary hypersensitivity reactions
Precautions
- Significant renal impairment (low CrCl)
- Pregnancy at term (38
